After only one minimal price increase in the last six years, we will be increasing our prices from 16 September 2026. Our running costs for laundry, cleaning services, electricity and water have all increased significantly, and we have also made some great improvements to the house in the shape of a swimming pool, air conditioning and heating.
The new prices start from 16 September, which marks the start of our mid season, and can be found here (prices on booking.com and airbnb are higher to reflect the commission they charge). As before, you can still find discounts on our website for single travellers, long stays, and returning guests.
For anyone who already booked a stay after 16 September, your booking price is not affected (you still get the old prices).
We know that price increases are never welcome, but we hope you can understand the reasons and we are confident that our new prices are still competitive for the Baleal area. Rest assured that we will continue to invest in the guest house to keep it a great place to stay!
